Digital Products & Refunds

Because our products are delivered digitally, orders cannot be refunded once the product has been successfully delivered or downloaded. Digital products cannot be returned like physical products.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, it becomes part of your digital library and is considered delivered.

Refund Exceptions

We understand that technical issues can sometimes occur. Please contact us if:

• Product Not Received: If you do not receive your purchased product within 14 days, you may contact us for a full refund.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation
